CRIMINAL DEFENCE IN SINGAPORE (PLEAD GUILTY - $2,500 to $4,500 NETT FEE)
You have been charged by the Police. We understand that you are stressed and unsure how to proceed. We seek to help you understand your rights and advise you on how to proceed.
If you have received your charges and are seeking representation, we welcome you to have a FREE CONSULTATION (30 minutes) with us to understand how we can assist you with your matter. During the consultation, we will go through the matter with you and assess your options as to pleading guilty or to claiming trial.
If you have not been charged and are currently undergoing investigations or are about to be investigated for alleged criminal activities in Singapore, we charge $100 to have a thorough 45 to 60 minute consultation with you on how to approach the investigative process.
Claiming trial will involve a different set of fees and if necessary, we will go through the fee structure during the consultation.
PLEAD GUILTY REPRESENTATIONS
We charge fixed-fee packages to handle a PG Representation in the State Courts.
This fixed-fee package includes:-
- Up to 5X Attendance in Court (Mentions and/or PTCs);
- Written Representations;
- CCMS (if necessary);
- Mitigation Plea; and
- Attendance at PG Hearing
Details of our fixed fee packages are as follows:-

- Original NRIC of the Accused
- Documents that the Accused received from Court and prosecution
